How do you prefer to start your day?   

I love to start it by going to my favourite coffee shop next to my house, there’s nothing I like more than reading the newspaper while enjoying the best coffee in Barcelona!  

 What was your first job?  

It was while I was in high school with 17 years old. I remember my summer’s working in factories to be able to pay for the next course. My first factory was a DVD production company, I don’t know if you still remember them… 

 What energises you at work? What motivates you to work at Hastee?  

What motivates me the most is the fact that we are really changing something as old as workers’ pay. I believe that everyone should have access to their salary as they earn it to have a better quality of life. I am also very excited about our capacity for growth and implementation that allows us to target new markets such as Poland or Colombia.  

 What is a work-related accomplishment that you are proud of?   

I am very proud of working on something I believe in. And in terms of personal achievements, closing such influential clients as Sanitas, Mitchells and Butlers, Paypal, Taco Bell or Alain Afflelou makes me think that the world of work is really moving towards a more ethical and flexible working model, and I love being part of that change.  

  If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?  

 Fly like Superman, so I would go to the London office more often 😉
